Students can now export EasyBib.com citations to Google Docs
New York, July 22, 2010 - EasyBib.com, the world's largest online bibliography service, makes it easy for writers to automatically export a fully formatted bibliography to Microsoft Word. Now EasyBib has a new option: writers can export their bibliography directly to Google Docs, eliminating the need to have standalone desktop office software.
More schools than ever before have been encouraging their students to use Google Docs for their research papers and writing assignments since it's accessible from any computer or smart phone. Additionally, different students can edit and collaborate on the same document in real time. Now, those writers can manage and share their bibliography in Google Docs with EasyBib's new functionality.
Student writers use EasyBib's interface to create their bibliography, entering or searching for the relevant information for up to fifty-five different types of sources. Then EasyBib generates a correctly formatted bibliography page (in either MLA, APA, or Chicago/Turabian), ready to export to Google Docs or Word - whichever program the student is using.
"EasyBib continues to enhance its service, and making it possible to export citations to Google Docs is one of those student-friendly new features," commented Darshan Somashekar, EasyBib CEO. "By being able to save to Google Docs, EasyBib integrates with the modern student's workflow, allowing them to access their completed bibliographies from anywhere."
